In order to ensure that I can continue to provide quality care to all of my clients, I kindly request that you provide me with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client who may be in need of treatment.
Please be advised that if you fail to provide me with at least 24 hours notice of your cancellation, or if you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, I reserve the right to charge you the full fee for the scheduled service. This policy is in place to ensure that I am compensated for my time and expertise, and to enable me to continue providing excellent care to all of my clients.
I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I am happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment whenever possible. However, repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in the termination of our professional relationship.
